How long do repairs take?

Once we receive your device repairs typically are completed within 24 hours but we always aim to complete them on the same day. 

Exceptions to this would be for anything we cannot or do not stock and have to order in.


Do I get a warranty or guarantee?

All our repairs come with a 6 month warranty on replacement parts fitted.


What do I need to send to you?

If your device has a removable battery we need this, but you can keep your sim card and charger.

Please also include a copy of your order confirmation or name and order number then we can match your device to your online repair order.


Do you need my password?

It isnt always necessary although it is advised so we can thoroughly test our repair. 



Can I bring my device to you?

Yes you can bring your phone or tablet to us during normal working hours which are Monday-Saturday 9.30am-5.30pm. We are located at:

Will my device be safe with you?

We have been successfully repairing phones and tablets for years. You can read our feedback on our Facebook,Yell page and more to get a feel for how we operate and the quality of our repairs.


Where do I post my device: 

Package up your device with a note inside with your details including name, contact number and return address and post to one of our stores. Feel free to contact us first to let us know of your plans or to confirm a repair before hand.

Will I loose any data stored on my device?

We do not normally wipe data during a repair however certain repairs do require phones or tablets to be reset to default settings, so we always recommend backing up any important data before sending your device to us. If you have any questions to if your data will be lost during a repair please contact us.
