How Our Services Work
1) Order your Repair.
First you need to select the repair required online, proceed through the checkout procedure and this will book your repair in with us and reserve the parts for your repair.
If you are unsure what repair you need or would just like more information then either call us on 01227379199 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
2) Post your Device to Us
Once you have booked your repair in you will need to post it to us, we recommend wrapping the device in plenty of bubble wrap and then place in a box or padded envelope to ensure its properly protected against any damage in the post.
We recommend you post the device to us using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service which will mean your device will be with us on the next working day and fully insured against loss and damage.
Please Remember to insert your invoice along with your details before you post.

3) We Receive your Device and Repairs Start.
Once we receive your device we will check it over to ensure the fault matches the repair booked in and then proceed with the repair. If we find the additional faults or that you have selected the wrong repair we will contact you before starting any work.
Throughout the repairs process you will receive email updates so its important you check your emails or login to your account frequently to ensure there are no problems with your repair.
4) Device Testing.
Once the repair is complete your device will be tested by two members of staff to ensure the repair has been carried out to a very high standard – if any issues are found it will be repaired again and then retested to ensure your receive your device back in perfect working order.
5) Device Returned.
Once testing is complete we will return your device to you either by Interlink or Royal Mail Special Delivery on a next day service depending on your location.
You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number so you will be able to track the return of your device.
6) 6 Month Warranty Begins.
Once your device has been delivered the 6 month warranty on the work we have done will begin, this covers any faults that develop with any components fitted during the repair.
We aim to complete all repairs within 24 hours but usually most are completed on the same day we receive them, unless any parts are needed to be ordered in.
